Refund/Exchange Policy 

We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on every product we offer, (we cannot, however, refund shipping costs.)   Please call customer service at 321-525-1167, or email to discuss your concerns and to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of receipt date.

NOTE: Items returned or shipped with no RMA will not be accepted. Call us, email us let us know why you are not happy.  We can make things right with you.   Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email or call on our business phone at 321-525-1167 as soon as possible. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions. Please contact us as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping. There really isn't any other way to do this. Just let us know what is going on.

Warranty Procedure

We suggest you contact us if you have any question about your received item at all. A phone call or email works wonders to answer any questions you have about the items you received. We want you to be happy. When your item is hanging on your wall we want you to be satisfied.

Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item (through a RMA) we will arrange return shipping with you. Usually we will issue a return shipping label via email or with a replacement item.   All replacement/repaired products are shipped via standard shipping methods unless a rush or additional shipping is requested. The cost of a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

All our shipping prices on our website are for US continental delivery.  We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii but the costs are higher and if you live there you probably already know this.  We also can ship internationally to most of the world.  There are a few places where we cannot ship to but if you are ordering from one of those places you probably know that you cannot get delivery from the USA.  Simply call or email us with any questions you might have. 

Stock Policy

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that we are manufacturing these replicas from raw materials. Our stock balances fluctuate with sales demand and stock that we create. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished and we are at the mercy of our raw material suppliers. Give us a call, send us an email TALK to us and we will let you know what is going on with your order.
